RF Engineer
Location:
Odenton, MD Description:
Our client is currently seeking a RF Engineer for a full time, permanent position near Baltimore, MD.
Candidates must be US Citizen and either hold or be eligible to obtain an Active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
Requirements:
Strong background in microwave RF concepts and applications.
Test and measurement experience utilizing standard RF measurement equipment.
Experience in troubleshooting of RF circuits or systems.
Knowledge of passive and active circuit design, simulation, and fabrication.
Previous usage of microwave simulators utilizing 3D or 2.
5D solvers such as Momentum and CST.
Circuit design utilizing industry standard RF software (Genesys, MWO, or ADS).
Ability to bring new ideas & concepts to senior leadership for review.
Preferred:
Design experience with systems ranging from HF to Ku Band.
Experience with Altium schematic capture and layout.
Experience in working with Microwave Receiver/Exciter chains.
Bachelors degree with 5
years of RF/Microwave design.
