SDR Hardware Development Engineer

Location Odenton, MD Description Our client is currently seeking a SDR Hardware Development Engineer for a full time, permanent position.

This job will have the following responsibilities Candidates would be responsible for designing, developing, testing, evaluation, and supporting electrical hardware solutions for existing and upcoming products.
Candidates would design primarily at the schematic level with oversight of the layout.
Candidate would be part of the development team that develops specialized tracking devices and communications products for government, military, space, and commercial customers.
Qualifications Requirements 11
years of relevant experience AND a bacheloraposs degree in electrical engineering or a related field OR 9
years relevant experience and a masteraposs degree in electrical engineering or a related field 2
years experience in circuit board development Ability to generate schematics Ability to read and understand datash0eets for integrated circuits Good knowledge of electronic components and test equipment Understanding of BOM and product configuration Preferred Qualifications Ability to write software andor firmware Experience in rechargable batteries or battery chargers Experience in low power design Experience in micro-controller based designs Experience with Allegro, OrCAD, andor Altium Designer Experience with tracking andor communications products Contact hcarlbergjudge.
