Senior Enterprise Architect

Description LinQuest is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to join our team in our Odenton, MD offfice. The Senior Enterprise Architect will analyze complex data sets from various sources and engage with senior DoD leadership at the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV), Joint Staff, and the Chief Information Officer (CIO) to communicate and adjudicate requirements and gain final approval. Possesses understanding of the global operational user SATCOM environment, DoDIN communications services (voice, video, and data), technical SATCOM communications waveform mechanics and a variety of SATCOM stakeholders   Responsibilities: Responsible for engineering project management processes to define, plan, execute, and closeout complex IT projects in support of the Teleport Program Office. Designs architecture to include the software, hardware and communications to support the total requirements as well as provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces. Identifies, assesses, and presents options for meeting the functional and technical requirements including hardware and software updates or upgrades Determines and identifies high level functional and technical requirements based on interactions with the user community and knowledge of the enterprise architecture Requirements Required Skills: Working knowledge of DISA ACAT I SATCOM Programs Understanding of wide range of technologies and platforms including satellite communications, information assurance, networks, terrestrialnetworks and Joint Information Environment initiatives..  Experience in the development of high level system design diagrams utilized to ensure systems are compatible and in compliance with the standards for open systems architectures, the Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) and International Standards Organization (ISO) reference models, and profiles of standards Ability to evaluate analytically and systematically problems of work flows, organization and planning and develops appropriate corrective action. Provides daily supervision and direction to staff.  Ability to define, plan, execute, and closeout complex IT projects and acquisition programs. Possesses understanding of wide range of technologies and platforms including satellite communications, information assurance, networks, terrestrialnetworks and Joint Information Environment initiatives. US Citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance is required to be considered for this position   Preferred Skills: Expertise in key pentagon processesrequired to go through approval boards (GO-level): acquisition oversight; requirements validation (JCIDS); policy formulation; and the planning, programming budgeting and execution (PPBE) process   Required Experience: Master's degree in a technical field 3718

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
