Data Entry I

Randstad is recruiting for exceptional talent. This individual will be a self-starter who can offer office support while also executing a wide array of tasks as needed. This is an excellent temporary opportunity to work for a well-known and established company. Responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

  • Process large amounts of quote data using Excel and other similar tools

  • Processing and filing files

  • Handling paper files, removing staples, fasteners etc.

  • Scanning multiple documents

  • Confirming accuracy of scanned documents

  • Operate, clean and troubleshoot scanners

  • Data entry

Other duties may be assigned throughout the assignment.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
