Director, Intel with Security Clearance
Tyto Athene is searching for a Director of Intel to join our team and provide leadership to the Intelligence Community Business SectorAs a member of the Army, Intel, and Defense Agencies (AIDA) Team, the successful candidate will leverage their significant experience in IT services, unified communications, information assurance, and digital modernization to lead the establishment and implementation of our technical strategy throughout all phases of the procurement lifecycle for larger Intelligence Community opportunitiesThe Director of Intel will engage early in new business pursuits and drive solutions strategies between the capture and proposal preparation phasesWill work directly with proposal teams and pricing on solution development and win strategy and driving the creation of the appropriate work opportunities within the Intelligence Community business sector
Responsibilities:
o P/L responsibility for Tyto's Intel businesso Provide support and guidance to direct reportso Development of a winning team, including recruiting, hiring, training, motivating, and retainingo Monitor and track financial resultso Customer relationship managemento Accountable for the management of all aspects of budget and serviceo Manage/integrate the services of subcontractors and vendors.
o Manage conflicting priorities across multiple functional areas Required:
o 15 years of experience within the US Intelligence Community.
o Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent, relevant experience will be considered.
o Active TOP SECRET SCI security clearance.
o Experience managing a budget.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Understands the many aspects of United States Government/Department of Defense programs, including program and project management, staffing, engineering, Operations and Maintenance, quality, logistics, technology, and regulations.
o 3
years of experience supporting proposal solution development in a government contracting environment for multi-teammate, solutions-based proposals.
o Deep knowledge of the National Security Agency, the US Intelligence Community, and DOD contract environmento General IT Knowledge, more specifically:
Unified Comms and Managed Network Services Preferred:
o A Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent, relevant experience will be considered.
o Active TOP SECRET SCI Security Clearance with Full-scope Polygraph Location:
