In this role, you will be expected to:
Serve customers by providing prouduct and service information.
Coordinate service and warranty requests.
Maintain and organize contractual status reports for sales teams and customers.
Secure advanced deposits and progress payments on contracts as necessary.
Manage county and city permits from submission to approval.
Consistently manage a high volume of calls and e-mails daily.
Maintain project folders on hold and coordinate projects with the installation department.
Assist the Residential Manager and Installation Manager on customer related issues as necessary Reconcile permit and plat invoices Qualified candidates should possess the following:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and Outlook, including Outlook Calendar.
Highly organized with the ability to multi-task.
Problem solving and conflict resolution.
Strong communication skills, both verbally and written.
Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team! This position is not remote, you will work in an office 5 days a week.
Monday - Friday 8:
30am -5:
00pm Hourly rate of 22.
00 an hour, dependent upon experience.
Long Fence provides:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
