Headquartered in Odenton, MD (Near Ft.
Meade) with an additional established branch office in Ashburn, VA, CSC is a fire protection systems contractor capable of performing any type of systems from commercial, industrial, residential, service and special hazards.
Chesapeake Sprinkler Company is currently seeking QUALIFIED and quality candidates to fill the role of Admin Assistant to the CEO, having experience with contracts would be desired! Also working in Procurement (dual role).
This is an IN OFFICE position - M-F 8:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following - Other duties may be assigned:
Perform Clerical duties to support the Purchasing Manager Perform Clerical Duties to assist the HR Manager to include filing MUST have knowledge of MS Office - Specifically Excel and skills of Data Entry Perform other clerical or administrative duties as required to support the division Education and/or
Experience:
High School Diploma or GED, 2 or more years related experience or combination or education and experience.
