Job Duties and
Responsibilities:
Oversees client treatment from assessment through care deliveryConducts initial and follow-up functional, behavioral and developmental assessmentsDevelops, oversee and implement client's BIPs and Treatment PlansServes as the clinical lead on client cases, providing supervision to Behavior Technicians implementing treatment interventions designed by the BCBACollects, maintain and evaluate data on each client's progressMonitors and review client programs to analyze data, measure progress and make necessary changes to the treatment planObserves program implementation, and provide training on interventions as neededWorks closely with clients and their families providing family training and supportMeets with primary caregivers to discuss observations and concernsCollaborates with colleagues, parents, and schools to share information and implement best practice intervention programs across settingsConducts trainings for the client's extended care teamPromotes a high level of professional and ethical standards, following both company standards and BACB guidelinesHelps cover treatment sessions for other staff members when neededCompletes other job-related duties and special assignments as directedPromotes awareness and disseminate information regarding ASD and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) through training and presentations, both on- and off-site, as directedThe

Position Requirements:
Master's degree in ABA or a related field.
Current BCBA certificate in good standing with the BACB.
A history of work with children, adolescents, young adults, and/or families is essential.
Specific training/experience in developmental disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorders is preferred.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and satisfactory driving record.
Must meet the physical requirements of the position, to include lifting of clients, packages, or equipment, and accessing non-barrier free premises.
Should enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team approach to develop and implement client treatment plans.
Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, able to maintain records, prepare reports and reliably develop timely correspondence related to work.
No criminal record and able to pass background check.
Flexibility to work independently with clients in addition to working as a part of the larger teamSDL2017.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
